About US

HCDC
Homestead Community Development Corporation (HCDC) founded in 2009 by the
Sovereign Council of Hawaiian Homestead Associations (SCHHA), is a statewide nonprofit, dedicated to affordable housing, economic development and community capacity building on or near Hawaiian Home Lands on Oahu, Kauai, Molokai, Maui/Lanai and Hawaii Island. As a nonprofit developer of projects, it operates CDC programs and delivers capacity building programming serving Native Hawaiians and Homestead Beneficiary Associations (HBA) defined in 43CFR Part 47.1.

AHHA – Anahola Hawaiian Homestead Association
Anahola Hawaiian Homestead Association (AHHA) was founded in 1982 by HHCA beneficiaries in the Anahola region to promote, represent and serve the general well-being of native Hawaiian beneficiaries of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of 1921.
