The Homestead Community Development Corporation (HCDC) founded in 2009 by the Sovereign Council of Hawaiian Homestead Associations (SCHHA), is a statewide nonprofit, dedicated to affordable housing, economic development, and capacity building on or near Hawaiian Home Lands on Oahu, Kauai, Molokai, Maui/Lanai, and Hawaii Island.  As a nonprofit developer of projects, it operates CDC programs and delivers capacity-building programming serving Native Hawaiians and Homestead Beneficiary Associations (HBA) as defined in 43 CFR Part 47.1

100% of proceeds from HCDC programs are dedicated to Native Hawaiian nonprofit purposes.
